Circle is the first multinational girl group to become a first-generation idol group.
The title track and debut song of the first full-length album "Graduation" was released on August 12, 1998, and was released in Japan on September 19, 1998 on a Japanese version of "Sweetest Love" of 8cm CD.
Prior to this, they made their debut performances on August 9 in Korea, on SBS's popular song YouTube icon, and on August 24 in Japan, on NHK's Mayonaka no kkoku (Kingdom of the Night).
Korean members are sub-vocalists Han Bo-ram (main vocalist in the 2nd album), and sub-vocalists Lee Ji-hyun, who joined Jewelry after the breakup of the circle.
The Japanese members are the oldest and main vocalist Ayako Ogawa, sub vocalist Yuka Eguchi, and the youngest and sub vocalist Bai Shue (Japanese name: Shirayuki).
In a way, it is the original version of TWICE or IZ*ONE.
In August 1998, she was loved by her debut song Sweetest Love and was ranked in the top 10 in music programs. At the same time, he also worked as a Japanese version of Sweetest Love single in Japan. There are still many people who remember because they were quite strongly impressed by foreign members who were unfamiliar at the time. Circle gained popularity through active activities in South Korea and Japan, and although it is not a follow-up song, they finished their activities in Korea after a week of fan service activities with the song proposal. (According to a magazine interview at the time, the original plan was to propose a follow-up song and then complete the first album with a ballad graduation.)
In 1999, Ayako Ogawa announced her withdrawal from Japan in preparation for acting, (According to a magazine interview at the time, she planned to release her second full-length Korean album in the first half of 1999. However, Ayako Ogawa's vacancy seems to have been canceled due to the withdrawal of Ayako Ogawa.) Ryu Se-min, a former South Korean child actor, was newly hired, but dropped out of the position, saying it didn't match the team's color.
Circle re-organized its original four-member group and began its second album in Korea in the spring of 2000. All the members dyed their hair so brightly that they tried to make a bold transformation that contrasted with the innocence of the first album. The funky title song Something ended early because it didn't respond much, and it was quickly changed to a girl-like follow-up song It's All Right like the previous album, but it wasn't enough to fill the gap of a year and a half. After their second album, they planned to release their second single in Japan, but due to poor performance, the album became Circle's last album and the team eventually disbanded.
The Lyrics of [Sweetest Love]
The feeling of you touching your lips
It still makes my heart flutter.
Do you feel my love?
I want your lips right now, I want U
You come gently in your tender heart.
You filled me with beautiful love.
A bright smile is love for me.
I want to know.
My eyes are open to love.
a tremulous forehead
Give me a hug, baby!
I can only love you forever.
He's still young, but...
A heart that wants to be love to you
Why don't you know, baby!
Please accept the shy girl's love. I LOVE YOU~
Your touch wrapped around my shoulder
I'm talking about the beginning of love.
How much longer do I have to grow?
With you, the hard work will be easy, I Need U.
I Love You
...please accept my love. I Love You!
