It's little strange to understand their name, you're right.
The name of Sechskies is German. It means six crystals in English.

But they gathered again in 2016.

Sechskies was famous for Rival of H.O.T.
So, Sechskies and H.O.T were the 2 Top idol Group in 90's and early 00's.
For me, Sechskies is the best boy band but nomarly in Korea most of people choose the H.O.T as a best boy group.

Their title song of 1st album was <Hakwonbyeolgok>.
It means the song of shool.
At that time, there were many problems and issues in Korean school such as the violence and the system just focused on entering university.
So, H.O.T raised the problem with school violence and Sechskies raised the problem with the system of school.

With popular concepts and songs, they were loved by the general public, not fans.
